Living Wings

Sometimes it seems like tutorials are all one can make... and then one day, voila!, out pops something that is totally YOU. I've done and done and done tutorials and wondered what good they were doing me... I didn't want to make THIS fractal again... I've always appreciated the tutorials that show a method rather than a specific fractal. (BTW, I am NOT commenting regarding the tutorial you mention above, just on my general experience.) One day I realized that the time on the tuts hadn't been a waste because I could actually manipulate a fractal and know what the heck I was doing. But just don't ask me about the math! lol
